2. Sender's data: full name, address, mobile phone

3. Photocopy or scan of the contract for the sale of the animal (MANDATORY FOR SUBMISSION TO CUSTOMS)

4. Photocopy or scan of the receipt of payment (MANDATORY FOR PROVISION TO CUSTOMS)
